You studied at RCA. Which influence does it have on your work ?
The RCA was an amazing place to study. It’s a place where you can exchange ideas with people from al walks of life and it’s as close to my ideal utopia as anything else I’ve experienced. In terms of influence, the people I met, who helped to shape and mould my ideas are the greatest influence, allowing me to be in the position I find myself today.
You’ve been selected as a « Bright young thing » by Selfridges. Did it boost your brand’s development ?
It did, as it brought me to the publics attention. Having a window in one of the most famous stores on one of the worlds busiest streets is always going to have an impact.
